Monthly Service Fee: No charge, if customer maintains:

• $5,000 minimum daily balance in Premium Money Market Account
• $10.00 monthly service fee if balance drops below minimum
• $10.00 per item excess withdrawal fee

+$25 monthly service fee if the account is closed within 90 days of opening. ++Federal regulations limit per monthly cycle, no more than 6 pre-authorized, automatic, computer, transfer or telephonic order or instructions, whether initiated by check, draft, debit card, if applicable, or similar order payable to third parties. Online banking account transfers and bill payments are included. We reserve the right to convert the account to a checking account for continued violation of the transaction limitations. Please refer to the individual account sections for additional limitations. We do not permit point-of-sale transactions on these accounts. There are no regulatory restrictions on withdrawals when made by mail, messenger or in person.
